## 1. Acceptance & Description of Service
By accessing or using Waspes (`https://waspes.com`), you agree to these Terms of Service. Waspes provides AI-powered website generation, 3D model creation, Roblox Studio integration, web hosting, and MCP API tools.

## 2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
- **You Own Your Output:** Subject to compliance with these Terms, you retain full ownership and commercial rights to the HTML/CSS/JS websites, prompts, and 3D assets generated in your account.
- **Zero Lock-In:** You may export, modify, self-host, or sell websites created with Waspes without royalties.

## 3. Subscriptions, Super Credits & Cancellation
- Waspes offers a Free plan ($0/mo) and paid monthly plans: Mini ($1.50/mo), Lite ($4/mo), Pro ($8.50/mo), and Max ($14/mo), plus optional one-time Super Credit packs.
- Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime in Account Settings (`https://waspes.com/settings`) or on the Pricing page (`https://waspes.com/pricing`). Cancellation stops future billing while keeping current-period access active.
- Failed 3D model generations automatically refund the 150 Super Credits used.

## 4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Waspes to generate or host phishing pages, malware, illegal content, copyright-infringing material, or automated spam/abuse against our APIs.

## 5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Questions regarding these Terms can be sent to `hello@waspes.com`.
